The core team of the company comprises members from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. These members possess nearly two decades of research experience in key semiconductor materials. Their expertise and proficiency in controlling the growth process of these materials are among the best in China.
Currently, our team comprises a total of 18 individuals with core technical expertise, among whom there are 6 distinguished doctoral and professorial staff. These professionals possess an extensive background in research and development, as well as in production and managerial aspects within the domain of semiconductor key materials.
